• - As per Saudi Hajj-Umrah policy, no refund is available for any kind of sold packages.
• - All travel package prices are subject to change and applicable for traveling with groups only (1 pax is for single travel and single room accommodation in both Makkah and Madinah).
• - The main visa applicant must be 12 years of age at least. No maximum age limit is set by the ministry of Umrah and Hajj.
• - The Umrah package price is not valid for the full umrah season or during Ramadan.
• - You must be fully vaccinated with any of the vaccines of / Oxford AstraZeneca / Moderna / Pfizer Biotech / Johnson and Johnson. Those who are vaccinated with Sinopharm or Sinovac vaccines must take a booster dose of any of the mentioned vaccines.
• - Even if you are fully vaccinated, A PCR test is required before your departure from both Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia.
• - A negative PCR test certificate must be done prior to your departure to/from Saudi Arabia and the certificate must be taken with you.
• - You have to travel 14 days after you are fully vaccinated.
• - The hotel policy will be applicable for checking in and out. The usual check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 12:00 of the day.
• - The rooms are of standard views, not specific views (like Haram view, Kaba view, etc.).
• - The maximum waiting time at the airport is 90 minutes from the flight arrival.
• - No more than two medium-sized pieces of luggage are allowed per adult.

Cancellation Policy

Umrah Visa Requirement for Bangladeshi 2023

Find the Umrah Visa Requirement from Bangladesh in 2023 below.

• - A properly filled and signed Umrah visa application form.
• - The main Umrah Visa applicant must be at least 12 years of age. There is no maximum age limit for the visa application as long as the pilgrims are physically fit to perform Umrah.
  Note: The male pilgrims who are above 40 can perform Umrah alone. Those under 40 cannot perform the pilgrimage without a female Maharam.
• - If Maharam goes with, the Maharam must be 18 or above. No maximum age limit is advised for Maharam.
• - Mahram must accompany women and children. A relationship certificate has to be submitted (a marriage certificate for a wife, a birth certificate for a child mentioning both the parents’ names). The mahram and pilgrims have to travel to/from Saudi Arabia on the same flight. A person can be Mahram for children, wife, sister(s), mother, mother-in-law, 1st-degree aunty(s), grandmother(s), and vice-versa.
• - Applicants who are not a national of the country of their application have to submit a valid residency permit of that county with the application.
• - The validity of the passport must be at least 6 months from the date of application submission.
• - 1 recent pp size color photograph with white background. It must be a full-face view photograph. Sided or angled views are not accepted by the visa application center; face the camera directly;
• - A return air ticket (non-refundable) with a departure date within 2 weeks of access to Saudi Arabia.
• - A Covid-19 full (2 doses) vaccination certificate.
  Note: The Saudi authority accepts Moderna / Oxford AstraZeneca / Pfizer Biotech / Johnson and Johnson vaccines. A booster dose of any of the mentioned vaccines is required for those who are fully vaccinated with Sinopharm or Sinovac vaccines.
  Note: Travelers won’t be allowed to travel prior to 14 days of their full vaccination.
• - A negative PCR certificate of a test done within 72 hours before the departure is required.
  Note: Two individual certificates will be required before departures to/from Saudi Arabia even if you are fully vaccinated.
• - The proof of medical insurance coverage has to be submitted, which must cover the costs of Covid-19 treatment in outpatient clinics, emergencies, and institutional quarantine for 14 days (if needed).

Hotel Policy

• - The hotel check-in and out time is 01:00 PM and 12:00 PM respectively. Buy Air Ticket Ltd. will not be responsible for early / delayed check-in / check-out.
• - The hotel authorities reserve the right to avail you of the room as per booking.
• - Hotel reception provides the services for special requests for extra charges. So, you are advised to contact the reception for such requests.
• - Buy Air Ticket Ltd. will not also take responsibility if the hotel authorities refuse your requests, or for any inconvenience.

Passport Instruction

• - You are advised not to give your passport to anyone, even to our representative or driver. No one will ask for your passport in Saudi Arabia except the immigration officer and the receptionist at the hotel. To complete some official formalities, the legal authority may take your passport for a few minutes. Be aware to take your passport back when the formalities are done.
• - Inform Buy Air Ticket Ltd as soon as possible on the same day If you give your passport to anyone for any reason.

An Umrah Hajj guide or moallem will be available for the guests of Buy Air Ticket Ltd. The moallem will assist you to perform Umrah Hajj properly according to Islamic rules and regulations. You will be shown the step-by-step process to perform the pilgrimage. You will be provided a shuttle service to/from the Al-Haram area to perform umrah.

• - Moyallem will not be available when you perform Umrah, but can be available on special requests. At the time of your Ziyarah, you will be guided by a tour guide or a driver cum guide.
