3.3. The convenience fee or online payment gateway charge (2.5% of the ticket price) is not refunded, hence deducted from the total value of the ticket.

3.4. Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for any refund, and customers will be responsible for the full cost of the ticket.

Partial Refunds and Cancellations:

4.1. In the case of partially used tickets, refunds will be calculated based on the fare rules and the unused portion of the ticket.

Reissue Policy

For the convenience of our valued customers we have established the following reissue policy for air tickets purchased through our company, Buy Air Ticket Ltd.:

2.3 Any additional charges imposed by the airline(s) for fare difference, taxes, or other fees will be borne by the customer.
