Please carefully read the terms and conditions before using any of the services provided by BuyAirTicket.com. By using any materials, information, products or services of BuyAirTicket.com, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Terms & conditions (T&C) that follow in this article, as may be revised from time to time, are applicable to all our services available online or offline. These terms and conditions are applicable to the services we provide for personal, non-commercial use of our services. These T&C will not be applicable to our relationship with other commercial service providers (B2B) that we have an affiliation with.

General Disclaimer

BuyAirTicket.com does not own any travel products or services. We are simply an intermediary which connects the customers with the travel service providers like flights, commute, accommodation etc. The travel products on BuyAirTicket.com are sold by third party travel providers. The travel providers are responsible for their products and services, and you must understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the third-party travel providers before booking or purchasing their products through BuyAirTicket.com. If something should go wrong during booking or travel period, BuyAirTicket.com cannot be held accountable, and you must resolve your dispute directly with the travel provider in question.

Cancellation, Refunds, and Reissues

BuyAirTicket.com will follow supplier’s (Airline/ Hotel/ Others) policy for cancellation/ reissue/ refund. BuyAirTicket.com may charge customer with a fee for any kind of cancellation/ reissue/ other changes. For Domestic/ International flights, BuyAirTicket.com will charge BDT per person as standard cancellation fee. In case of date change/ reissue, BuyAirTicket.com will charge BDT per person for domestic/ international flights. In case of refund/ reissue, customer must inform BuyAirTicket.com 48 hours prior to travel date.

CHANGES TO FLIGHTS ALREADY PURCHASED

Any and all changes made to the itinerary are restricted and are subject to airline fare rules, whichever is more restrictive; most of our tickets, hotels, cars, packages and cruises do not allow any date or name changes after the booking is completed. BuyAirTicket.com does not guarantee, and shall not be responsible for, any bookings or reservations made or confirmed to you in the event that the original itinerary has been changed by the supplier pursuant to customer's request or supplier's schedule changes.

CANCEL AND EXCHANGE

Most of our airline tickets are 100% non-refundable. In certain cases, where the airline may allow cancellations, a credit may be valid towards a future ticket purchase by the same traveler on the same airline. Usually, the credit issued by the airline supplier has a specific expiration date, after which it cannot be used. We encourage you to discuss additional restrictions attached to your credit with a customer service agent. All such bookings where the cancellation may be permitted must be cancelled prior to the scheduled departure time of the first flight segment by calling our customer service center. We do not guarantee any cancellation. When you are ready to make your new booking and wish to use your airline credit, you will be required to the pay fare difference (if any), applicable airline penalties and any applicable BuyAirTicket.com post-ticketing fees. All such changes are governed by each airline's fare rules, policies and procedures, which are not under our control.

Promotional Codes

BuyAirTicket.com may issue certain promo codes which are generally valid for online travel reservations and bookings, though some specific BuyAirTicket.com promo codes may only be used over the phone through our customer service center.

We invite you to sign up for our newsletter to receive promo codes by email.

The maximum discount from all BuyAirTicket.com promo codes is the value of our service fees and/or "Traveler Assist" fees (up to 70%).

BuyAirTicket.com promo codes are non-transferable, cannot be sold or bartered and hold no cash value.

To receive the value of the discount, a valid promo code must be entered in the promo code link on payment page. If the code is not entered the discount cannot be redeemed and has no value. Due to technical problems, if the code is not accepted or a coupon link is not present, you have the right to not purchase the product or service, but in no circumstances will the credit be applied after purchase is made.

BuyAirTicket.com promo codes offers may be revised or withdrawn any time without notice, even if other websites are displaying the same offers.

For all technical errors there is no recourse except you have the right to not make the purchase.

If the offer is withdrawn, the promo code becomes invalid and the Site and system will not accept the promo code when entered. This is final and you have the right at that point to continue with original price or not continue with your purchase.

The final price displayed (with or without promo code) will be the amount billed/charged and there will be no credits/discounts applied after purchase for absolutely any reason.

BuyAirTicket.com promo codes may not be combined with another offer.

We reserve the right to decline any transaction that may have had an error in promo code value even after the booking is created and booking receipt is issued.

পণ্য বা পরিষেবা বাতিল/পুনঃইস্যু/ফেরতের জন্য BuyAirTicket.com সরবরাহকারীর (এয়ারলাইন/হোটেল/অন্যদের) নীতি অনুসরণ করে থাকে। BuyAirTicket.com যেকোন ধরনের বাতিল/পুনঃইস্যু/অন্যান্য পরিবর্তনের জন্য গ্রাহককে ফি চার্জ করতে পারে। ডোমেস্টিক/আন্তর্জাতিক ফ্লাইটের জন্য, BuyAirTicket.com স্ট্যান্ডার্ড ক্যান্সেলেশন ফি হিসাবে জনপ্রতি BDT চার্জ করে থাকে। তারিখ পরিবর্তন/পুনরায় ইস্যু করার ক্ষেত্রে, BuyAirTicket.com অভ্যন্তরীণ/আন্তর্জাতিক ফ্লাইটের জন্য জনপ্রতি BDT চার্জ করে থাকে। ফেরত/পুনরায় ইস্যু করার ক্ষেত্রে, গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই ভ্রমণের তারিখের ৪৮ ঘণ্টা আগে BuyAirTicket.com-কে জানাতে হবে।

ক্রয়কৃত ফ্লাইট পরিবর্তন

ক্রয়কৃত পণ্য বা সেবার পরিবর্তন সেবা প্রদানকারী প্রতিষ্ঠানের শর্তাবলীর সাথে সম্পৃক্ত। বুকিং সম্পন্ন হবার পর আমাদের অধিকাংশ ফ্লাইট, হোটেল, টুর প্যাকেজ তারিখ এবং নাম পরিবর্তনের অনুমতি দেয় না। ভ্রমণ পরিষেবা প্রধান কারী দ্বারা আপনার ক্রয়কৃত পরিষেবায় কোন পরিবর্তনের জন্য Buy Air Ticket Ltd. দায়ী নয় এবং আপনার ক্রয়কৃত ভ্রমণ পরিষেবার বুকিং বা রিজার্ভেশনের কোন প্রকার গ্যারান্টি প্রদান করে না।

ক্যানসেল এবং এক্সচেঞ্জ (বাতিল এবং বিনিময়)

আমাদের অধিকাংশ এয়ার টিকেট হোটেল এবং ট্যুর প্যাকেজ ফেরত যোগ্য নয় তবে কিছু কিছু ক্ষেত্রে এয়ারলাইন এই সুবিধা দিয়ে থাকে এক্ষেত্রে এয়ারলাইন একই ভ্রমণকারীকে পরবর্তী ভ্রমণের জন্য ফ্লাইট বুকিং-এ ক্রেডিট ক্রেডিট সুবিধা দিয়ে থাকে। উল্লেখ্য এই ক্রেডিট সুবিধা একটি নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে ব্যবহার করতে হয়। সময়সীমা পার হয়ে গেলে উক্ত ক্রেডিট আর ব্যবহার করা যায় না। যে সকল এয়ার টিকেটের ক্যান্সেল করা যায় সেগুলো ক্যানসেল করার জন্য অবশ্যই ফ্লাইট উড্ডয়ন এর পূর্বে আমাদের জানাতে হবে। এছাড়াও আপনার ভবিষ্যৎ টিকেট বুকিং এর বর্ধিত মূল্য এবং অন্যান্য ফি প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে সেই সাথে Buy Air Ticket Ltd. এর সার্ভিস চার্জও যোগ হতে পারে যা পরিশোধ করে আপনি আপনার পরবর্তী টিকেট বুকিং নিশ্চিত করবেন। এয়ারলাইন্সের সকল ধরনের টিকেট ক্যান্সলেশন এবং রিফান্ড সংশ্লিষ্ট এয়ারলাইন্সের ক্যান্সলেশন এবং রিফান্ড পলিসির সাথে সম্পৃক্ত যা আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণাধীন নয়।

প্রমো কোড

আমরা প্রায়শই অনলাইন ট্রাভেল বুকিং এবং রিজার্ভেশন এর জন্য বিভিন্ন প্রোমো কোড অফার করে থাকি।

আমরা আপনাকে ইমেলের মাধ্যমে প্রমো কোডগুলি পেতে আমাদের নিউজলেটারে সাইন আপ করার জন্য আমন্ত্রণ জানাই৷

সমস্ত BuyAirTicket.com প্রোমো কোড থেকে সর্বাধিক ছাড় হল আমাদের পরিষেবা ফি এবং/অথবা "ট্রাভেলার অ্যাসিস্ট" ফি (70% পর্যন্ত)।

BuyAirTicket.com প্রমো কোড হস্তান্তরযোগ্য নয়, বিক্রি বা বিনিময় করা যাবে না এবং ক্রেডিট সুবিধার মতো জমিয়ে রাখা যাবে না।

ডিসকাউন্টের মূল্য পেতে, পেমেন্ট পৃষ্ঠায় প্রমো কোড লিঙ্কে একটি বৈধ প্রমো কোড লিখতে হবে। যদি কোডটি প্রবেশ করা না হয় তবে ডিসকাউন্টটি উপভোগ করা যাবে না। প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যার কারণে, যদি কোডটি গৃহীত না হয় বা একটি কুপন লিঙ্ক সক্রিয় না হয়, তাহলে আপনি পণ্য বা পরিষেবা ক্রয় ক্রয় করা থেকে বিরত থাকতে পারেন, কিন্তু ক্রয় করার পরে কোনো অবস্থাতেই প্রোমো কোড অফার উপভোগ করা যাবে না।

BuyAirTicket.com প্রোমো কোড অফারগুলি যেকোনও সময় বিনা নোটিশে সংশোধিত বা প্রত্যাহার করা হতে পারে।

অফারটি প্রত্যাহার করা হলে, প্রমো কোডটি অবৈধ হয়ে যাবে এবং প্রবেশ করানো হলে সাইট এবং সিস্টেম প্রমো কোডটি গ্রহণ করবে না৷ এটি চূড়ান্ত এবং সেই মুহুর্তে আপনাকে প্রকৃত মূল্যে পণ্য বা সেবাটি ক্রয় করতে হবে।
